  6. Proof of Financial Capacity
    Bank statement showing a minimum balance of USD 7,000 or equivalent.

Application & Visa Process

Step 1: Application Submission
Applicants submit all required documents along with an initial application fee of USD 200.

Step 2: Admission Letter Issuance
Once documents are reviewed, an admission letter is issued — typically within 7 working days.

Step 3: JW202 Form Processing
The official JW202 form is issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education within 10–15 working days.

Step 4: Document Dispatch
An additional USD 300 is required for service handling and DHL shipment of the original Admission Letter and JW202 form to the applicants country.

Step 5: Visa Application
Applicants use the original documents to apply for a student visa at the Chinese Embassy.
